The Cranfield Restaurant, Wine Bar and Providore is housed in the grand, old 1888 Masonic building in the regional town of Young, in the Hilltops region of south-west NSW.
We are lucky to live in the Hilltops region with an abundance of orchards, vineyards and farms with vegetables, pork, beef and sheep, which all feeds into our menus and drink list. Our aim is to ‘hero’ the Hilltops and surrounding region through our food, wines, coffee, beer and spirits.
The restaurant has a set menu which changes weekly, offering a selection of dishes using seasonal produce which is often home-grown, and as much as possible, locally-sourced. The Providore shop sells a range of local produce from our farm, pre-made dinner options and some specialist gifts.
